Wonderful time at Chennai

We stayed for three nights in May 2024 at Novotel Chennai. Our family of seven, including children, opted for two adjoining rooms on the 6th floor, as suggested by Mr. Soubhik, the Duty Manager, which proved to be very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and we enjoyed the pool, gym, and restaurant amenities. The rooms were of moderate size but well-maintained and clean. The breakfast at the Food Exchange Multicuisine restaurant was delightful, offering a good variety and live cooking stations. The Japanese restaurant on the rooftop, adjacent to the pool and gym, provided some excellent grill options. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We also hosted a dinner for family members from Chennai at the Champagne banquet hall, efficiently coordinated by Mr. Vivek, the Assistant Banquet Manager. Mr.Anandh at the restaurant also needs mention for his courteous service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it.

We had a business meeting here consisting of around 90 team members, and it went superbly well. Special mention to Sanjeev who was very helpful in arranging for even the last minute requests, and led his team efficiently. Team is cheerful and prompt, food is as usual very good with lot of varieties, and checkin was smooth. Thanks.

The bed and room was quite decent. All amenities were available in the premium room including lavazza coffee machine. Novotel does not have bath tubs but the bathroom was sufficiently big. Service was prompt for housekeeping. only drawback is the small lobby.

We enjoyed roof top Japanese restaurant and hall staff Ms. Neng and entrance staff Mr. Panda welcome us with heart fully! All Dish and atmosphere is also so wonderful too. And could spent time with much joy.. We definitely come back here for something special ❤️
